Kayla Williams Jewelry will accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. All sale and discounted items are final. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size or chain length. Kayla Williams Jewelry will charge you any difference in price for the new merchandise or issue a store credit if the exchange is less than the original price. 

For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. Kayla Williams Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
